Lift offers a large experience in Cost-Benefit Analysis and Multicriteria Analysis. In this field, the connection with academic activities ensures the application of the most recent tools and solutions.
Evaluating projects and ranking alternative measures are fundamental activities in decision-making processes. In collaboration with the University of Trieste, Lift has developed a methodology integrating the Cost-Benefit Analysis and the Multicriteria Analysis to support private and public decision makers in selecting the best initiatives to be implemented.
The main reference of Lift in this field consists of a manual for evaluating transportation projects which was developed for the Union for the Mediterranean in 2015. The proposed evaluation method enabled to reduce analysis time and to maximize the benefits of involved actors.
The same approach has been applied for the assessment of small and medium enterprises, fostering a quick accomplishment of commercial purposes (in co-operation with Suite 23).
